Great Communities Demand Great Communications

Homeowner Associations are a perfect fit for the Internet. One place that your whole community can go at any time with access to everything that makes your neighborhood unique. We can help you create a site that connects your residents effectively, quickly, and affordably improving resident-to-resident, resident-to-Board, and Board-to-resident communications.

Whether your HOA is mandatory or voluntary, an HOA or COA, Residential or Resort, Urban or Suburban - we have a solution tailored to your community's needs.

The Benefits To Your Community

With costs continuing to rise, Boards must find ways to be more efficient. A community web site can help. Imagine…

► Eliminating the cost of newsletters, mailings, and neighborhood voting
► Policies, covenants, and other documents on-line, available all the time
► News communicated to the entire community at one time via email
► Secure, on-line directory to your residents
► Easy-to-remember email addresses for the Board members
► Current photos and maps to improve your neighborhood's visibility

In no time, we can get your neighborhood online - at a cost your Association really can afford. You own the website, and you control it. Our job is just to get you going and make sure you can handle it from there. There are two elements to cost: the site itself and the one-time set up fee. The site costs either $31/month or $41/month depending on the feature package selected. Either can be paid annually with a 5% discount. The one-time set up fee varies from about $200 to $350 depending on the complexity of the requirements.
